WHAT WE DID

Swingers needed to drive bookings and group enquiries while elevating its brand in an increasingly competitive on trade market. We built a performance-led ecosystem that transformed venues, content, and community into a unified growth engine.

By balancing demand generation with premium brand building, we positioned Swingers as more than a venue - turning it into a culturally relevant social destination that drives both bookings and long-term audience growth.

THE CHALLENGE

The objective was to drive bookings and group enquiries while delivering against strict performance KPIs, all within a crowded social activity landscape. This required not only efficient conversion, but also elevating brand perception, accelerating audience growth, and creating a clear point of difference across platforms.

THE APPROACH

We built a full-funnel growth system combining always-on performance with high-impact cultural moments. Premium, London-centric influencers were invited into curated VIP experiences designed for shareability, turning real visits into high-performing content.

This was amplified through paid social and CRM to drive direct bookings, while quarterly “Big Bang” events with partners and talent created spikes in cultural relevance and reach. Alongside this, a consistent stream of premium content and competition-led social activity fuelled follower growth, engagement, and ongoing demand - creating a continuous loop between brand, community, and performance.

THE OUTCOME

The campaign delivered strong commercial performance, generating £1.2M in revenue with a 7x ROAS, while maintaining highly efficient CPC and CPA benchmarks. Influencer activation and content drove scale, reaching 15M users and adding 10K new followers across platforms.

Crucially, the strategy didn’t just convert—it elevated the brand. By combining cultural moments with performance media, Swingers strengthened its market position and built a repeatable model for sustained growth.
